Since 2017, I have invested in real estate by remodeling homes and putting them back on the market. I have invested in multi-units and single family homes on the south side of Chicago. I chose to focus on the south side of Chicago because I want to see an increase in home ownership in our communities. I am launching a real estate investment seminar to teach others how to invest in real estate with no money, little money, bad credit, good credit, and little experience.
